By accessing and utilizing the services provided by Tobit Trade Limited ("Company"), you ("User") hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you are expressly prohibited from accessing or utilizing the Company's services.

• Eligibility: User represents and warrants that they are of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence to enter into binding contracts, and in no event less than eighteen (18) years of age. Access to and participation in the Company's program is contingent upon meeting this eligibility requirement.
• Confidentiality All information, communications, and materials originating from the Company, including but not limited to marketing materials, strategic plans, and proprietary data, are considered confidential and proprietary information. User agrees to maintain the strict confidentiality of such information and to protect it from unauthorized disclosure to any third party. Furthermore, the aforementioned information, communications, and materials shall not be construed as an offer or solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction where such offer or solicitation would be unlawful or to any person to whom such offer or solicitation would be unlawful.
• Data Privacy The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of User data. All personal data provided by User will be used solely for the purposes of administering the program and providing related services. The Company will not disclose User data to any unaffiliated third party without User's express consent, except as required by law or legal process. The Company shall implement reasonable security measures to protect User data; however, User acknowledges and agrees that no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and the Company shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access to or loss of User data, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Modification of Terms The Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, modify, or otherwise alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. User agrees that it is User's sole responsibility to periodically review the current version of these Terms and Conditions for any changes. Continued use of the Company's services following any such modifications constitutes User's acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
• Dispute Resolution User agrees to contact the Company directly to resolve any disputes or concerns relating to the Company's services before posting negative feedback on public forums or rating websites. The Company shall have a reasonable opportunity to address and resolve the issue. This clause is not intended to waive any rights conferred to you by law.
• Prohibited Activities User agrees not to engage in any form of spamming, unsolicited commercial email (UCE), or any other activity that disrupts the operation of the program or infringes upon the rights of other users. Any User found to be in violation of this provision will be immediately and permanently terminated from the program.
• Right to Refuse Service The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any application for membership in its sole and absolute discretion, without providing any reason or explanation.
• Limitation of Liability and Insurance The Company undertakes certain inherent risks associated with investment activities on behalf of its Users. To mitigate these risks, the Company maintains insurance coverage deemed adequate and prudent by its management
• Acceptance of Terms By accessing or utilizing the Company's services, User expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If User does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, User is prohibited from accessing or utilizing the Company's services.
